These are one day introductory workshops for the complete beginner to learn to indulge in the giving and receiving of the wonderful nurturing and healing techniques of the different therapies. You will learn how to give basic but effective treatments for friends and family and this is also a great taster if you are thinking of going on to study at a professional level.
